  1. Internet Sweeper Pro License Agreement and Disclaimer

  3. PLEASE READ ALL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THE LICENSE AGREEMENT BEFORE CONTINUING.
  4. PRESSING THE 'Next' BUTTON INDICATES YOUR ACCEPTANCE ALL OF THIS AGREEMENT. IF YOU 
  5. DO NOT AGREE TO THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS, PRESS THE 'CANCEL' BUTTON TO EXIT 
  6. INSTALLATION.

  8. EVALUATION LICENSE AGREEMENT
  9.  
  10. LadyBugSoft licenses the Internet Sweeper Pro software to you only upon the condition that 
  11. you accept all of the terms contained in this license agreement.
  12.  
  13. YOU MAY:
  14. (i) use Internet Sweeper Pro on one computer for each license purchased;
  15. YOU MAY NOT:
  16. (i) sublicense, rent, sell, or lease any portion of Internet Sweeper Pro;
  17. (ii) reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, modify, translate, make any attempt
  18.      to discover the source code of Internet Sweeper Pro, or create derivative works from 
  19.      Internet Sweeper Pro; 
  20. (iii)use Internet Sweeper Pro on a greater number of computers than the number of licenses
  21.       of Internet Sweeper Pro you have purchased.
  22.       
  23. WARRANTY
  24. LadyBugSoft warrants that the Internet Sweeper Pro will substantially perform its functions to 
  25. remove certain information that is automatically stored on the hard drive of a computer,
  26. when Internet Sweeper Pro is used correctly and in accordance with specifications and instructions.
  27. LadyBugSoft, MAKES NO OTHER WARRANTY, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, ANY 
  28. IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.

  30. Your sole and exclusive remedy for breach of this warranty is the replacement of the 
  31. Internet Sweeper Pro or a refund of the purchase price, at LadyBugSoft's option.
  32. Some states do not allow the limitation or exclusion of implied warranties and you may 
  33. be entitled to additional rights in those states.
  34.  
  35. DISCLAIMER OF DAMAGES
  36.  
  37. LadyBugSoft has made every effort possible to ensure that Internet Sweeper Pro is free of any bugs or 
  38. errors, however in no way is Internet Sweeper Pro to be considered error or bug free. You assume 
  39. all responsibility for any damages or lost data that may result from any errors or bugs in 
  40. Internet Sweeper Pro.
  41.  
  42. IN NO EVENT WILL LadyBugSoft. BE LIABLE TO YOU FOR ANY GENERAL, SPECIAL, INDIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL,
  43. INCIDENTAL OR OTHER DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF THIS LICENSE.
  44. In no case shall LadyBugSoft's liability exceed the purchase price for the Internet Sweeper Pro.

  46. GENERAL:
  47. This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and LadyBugSoft. You acknowledge and 
  48. agree that there are no other writings, oral representations or other communications or 
  49. representations upon which you are relying in entering into this Agreement. Any and all 
  50. writings, oral representations or other communications or representations that you may have 
  51. recieved concerning Internet Sweeper Pro have no effect--it is the terms of this Agreement that will 
  52. control all issues involving your use of Internet Sweeper Pro.
  53. All rights to Internet Sweeper Pro are owned by LadyBugSoft. and are protected by United States copyright
  54. laws, international treaty provisions and other applicable laws. LadyBugSoft retains all rights 
  55. not expressly granted by this Agreement.
  56. This license shall terminate automatically upon the violation by you of any of the terms stated
  57. herin.
